İl Gençlik Kollarımız tarafından düzenlenen program kapsamında 2 Temmuz 1993 de Sivas Madımak'ta yakılarak öldürülen aralarında aydın ve sanatçıların bulunduğu 35 kişi katliamın 17. yıl dönümünde parti il binasında anıldı.
 
İl Gençlik Kolları Başkanımız Serhat Erişir ve Gençlik Kolları yöneticilerimiz o gün orada olayları bizzat yaşayan aydınlarımız ve sanatçılarımızının anılarını anlatan konuşmalarının ve olayların görüntülerinin olduğu slayt gösterisini sundular.
 
İl Gençlik Kolları üyelerimiz Cüneyt Kılıç, Yıldız Sunel, Hasan Özcan, Ayşe Selin Artun Sivas Katliamı ile ilgili şiirler okudular.
 
İl Yönetim Kurulu üyelerimiz Yaşar Erdem, Osman Erköse, Sevgi Bayat, Begüm Kumru ve diğer partili yöneticilerimiz ve üyelerimiz bu önemli gecede beraber oldular.
